Refunds generally happen when the item is not as you expected (wear and tear, imperfections, etc.), wasn't as described or didn't arrive. Unfortunately, AClosetful does not allow refunds, cancellations or returns just because you changed your mind about making a purchase.
We adhere to a strict return reasons as this not only effects AClosetful.com but the seller as well. We ask that you are positive you want to complete a purchase before paying, to avoid asking for refunds, cancellation of your order or returning a closet item.
To request a refund, find your order and request a refund there, remember it takes up to 2-3 weeks for us to approve and issue a refund dependant on the circumstances.
