Purchase Protection
When you pay through AClosetful, our mandatory Purchase Protection is applied to your order. It gives you the right to claim a refund if something is wrong with the ordered product. Buyer Protection costs a fixed fee of 5% of the sellers closet item price*. Purchase Protection Terms and Conditions.

We’ll issue a refund if your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described. You have 8 days after making your purchase to file a dispute.
